I is quite exhaustive and detailed. Less focus is given to technical skills and it is assumed that if the person has the ability and desire to learn, he can learn on the job.

Why do you want to join AIG inspite of the bad news in market?
Interview comprised of two rounds. Questions targeted capability and were based on my resume. I felt comfortable speaking with the interviewers so I knew the team was a good fit for me.

How do you manage tight deadlines with conflicting deliverable dates?
good expereince overall and postive feedback. No complainst. I was received and asked for some questions that were easy to answer. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I didn't get the offer thoguyt.
Phone call to schedule In person interview at the Delaware office with hiring team and management personnel. Nothing unusual or exceptional. Described job, expectations, current issues, potential solutions, salary, benefits, etc.
