Telephone screen with hr coordinator. I then met with 3 Senior PM's in a tech team focused on the global rollout of a product line. After that they introduced me to the head of the team who described the role, department, etc.

General PM questions with how to set up project plans, working with users, multi-tasking, etc.Team relationships, scenario based questions around projects failing, role and relationships with development teams offshore.
Average. Asked about competency, soft skills, and the situational questions. The process was longer than expected but overall it was a usual experience I've had with other employers. Do your company research. If it aligns then go for it.

Initial screening with HR for 20 min. then Video interview on behavioural, situational, competency and fit. Explore challenges, leadership and influencing capability. this was for internal relocation. answer clearly, don’t feel the need to fill all time, use examples from your resume
