I was called in for a face to face interview. No telephonic screening. It was a very negative experience. The interviewers were late. The interview was at 11 am but it seemed like the interviewers were only getting in office. Once they were there I could see them discussing something inside the room. It seemed a bit odd. Once the interview started I knew this was just a formality for them they had already had their minds made up. Both of them hardly had any questions to ask. They kept asking each other to ask questions. This seemed very unprofessional. Nothing irritates more than an unprepared interviewer.
