Very straight-forward. They were very communicative as to what the processes would entail. I was very aware of where i stood at every step. 3 total interviews. 1 with Hr, 1 with the team, the last with the manager.
The interview process was 3 interviews over teams and were overall polite and friendly. The interviews were with seniors PMs and they were asking where I would wish to be seconded and what projects I have worked on previously.

Entretien
Interview was good, sensible questions that assessed how well you would do at the job. The 2 people interviewing were great and so friendly. Sadly waited 4 weeks for a response and was then told I was unsuccessful.
Interviewed with someone I was already professionally connected to who supported me throughout the hiring process. In my experience it was better to have connections there to get hired. They also valued community/client connections very highly.
