All done remote, process lasted five months. Initial phone call screening with HR, then 48hrs to submit project based on given brief. 3rd round: Skype interview with director. Final round design challenge done remotely.

Dragged on for 3 months, from start to finish. Applied on the company's website, was not referred by anyone from AECOM. Then HR lady e-mailed me about my resume and portfolio. Then phone interview with HR lady. Then finally an in-person interview with Director and Senior Manager of Department I would be working for. Weeks went by with a couple of e-mail follow-ups. Then offered was made.
