I applied online, successfully completed a SJT and then, after two months, received an email from a recruiter asking me about my preferences, and telling me about the interviews that were going to take place in my city. After a while, it turned out they weren't able to come to my city, so they offered me an interview in UK. I went there, we were two graduates, and the process consisted in them telling us about the company's work, a technical exercise about highways, and interview were you had to explain your decisions concerning the exercise and then a small writing assignment. We then had a tour of the office and met some other graduates already working there.

interview with hiring manager - overall it's more on understanding what you did in uni, what you will be doing and what's their expectations when u join in the company
