After sending my CV and cover letter, I got invited for an interview. It was quite a relaxed interview, with the director of the building structures team and one of the structural engineers. They had my CV and cover letter printed out and they mostly just chatted through my CV asking aditional questions here and there. Felt like more of a chat than an interview. After, I was shown round the office and shown some further details of their projects from their desk.
