I applied through their internet website and they replied within a week asking me to complete a Logical Assessment and an Online Interview. For the Online interview you had to record yourself answering some questions. After a month and a half they got back to me and invited me to the so called Assessment Day in Madrid.
The interview there went on for 5 hours approximately. The main parts were a composition, a personality test and also a problem that you had to discuss afterwards in a 1:1 interview.

Following a basic assessment centre, I was invited via email to a zoom interview. The conversation didn’t include any technical questions, but involved a lot of specific questions about my CV, and focused on getting examples of my soft skills.
