First you will screen with a Recruiter and if you meet the requirements and expectations, you move on to an in-person interview with the site Hiring Managers you will work with and for. After the hiring manager makes a final decision and if offered you will work with a recruiter to get the offer processed and onboarding process started. You will then have a Coordinator that will be there with you every step of the way, throughout your onboarding process.
