J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 2U en juin 2013
Entretien
Wasn´t a great initial interviewer. Very awkward and forced friendliness, too by the books and didn´t seem interested in really getting to know me as a person. Went past two phone interviews, then they did a simulation online. I thought I did a fairly good job in the simulation, quick to answer their questions and find solutions - however, after few weeks of waiting and follow-up emails I eventually did not get the job.

I had two phone screenings (first with a recruiter, then with members of the team), followed by a simulation of running a meeting. After that, I came for an in-person interview.

Process began with a phone call followed by a mock customer conversation conducted via GoToMeeting. I received positive feedback and was told they'd be in touch about next steps, but after a great deal of follow-up and fishing for answers, I learned the position had gone to internal hire. Though it took a long time, they did take the time to call, which I appreciated. A few months later, a second position was added and they were happy to reopen the conversation. Yet again, no follow-up no matter who I emailed, and this time no answer. They seemed like nice and conscientious people but in the small world of higher ed, this was a disappointing and disorganized experience.

Went through three rounds of interview. The first two were phone interviews. The first a screener and second with a content strategist. Then had a third simulation assuming the role of a content strategist and talking with the professor. The third was a little strange given how little information they provided or their criteria for success. Plus the platform they use is really hiccupy and difficult to physically hear, so the interview became a little awkward. Then I didn't hear anything for 2 and half weeks despite following up with the HR person several times. We finally played phone tag before the person said it wasn't a good fit. Which took literally a week despite multiple voicemails and emails on my end. A strange process.
