The process starts with a phone interview to review your qualifications, availability, and position. If considered, you take a coding exam to test how much you know about the topics covered in the course. If you pass, then you get a second interview with a coordinator where you will be tested on your ability to teach and handle general case situations. The coordinator will act as a student with general case problems and you must help he/her as if you were the professor. She'll ask various questions about her code and you must use zoom features and teaching methods to solve her issues.
