I know they've since changed the interview process, but I had a brief phone interview (easy and painless), a video interview in which I recorded myself answering questions (a little more difficult and nerve wracking), and then an in-person interview with a director and two managers. The overall process was fairly quick and not necessarily easy, but the most challenging interview either.

Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
