For anybody at OMD or any of the Omnicom/IPG agencies, how is your work life balance? I have an offer but the 10 total days of vacation/sick time is really a turn off.

How is the vacation policy at OMD/Omnicom? Is it really only 10 total days for first-year employees? And if you’re sick you need to use actual vacation days? That seems a bit crazy
