Avantages
A digestible environment to be in. Unlike some other companies I've worked at, this was very much chill compared to some of the dog-eat-dog worlds I've been in. People felt like they were working together with you hand-in-hand, and you could create genuine bonds and relationships with those around you.
Inconvénients
Reorgs all the time. I averaged about one every 6 months. I guess that's what happens at a dinosaur of a company. Constant confusion on who's doing what, oftentimes with teams you've never heard of apparently doing the same thing (or trying to). Frequent directional changes, and in recent years mass layoffs.
