      Avantages

      - Still has one heck of a business model and some strong brands within its portfolio - Generally a caring company.....if anything has pampered its employees over the years - The north campus in SJ is quite cutting edge. Great gym, sports facilities, new cafeteria

      Inconvénients

      - Senior management is hell bent on killing this company. - Too much of a friends and family environment going on. Basically at eBay its a lot about who you know rather than what you know that gets you ahead. - Middle management is weak

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
