      Avantages

      Good office location (right off the freeway, quick shuttle to BART and close to S.F.). Pleasant office environment and good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Very political. Some departments/teams are saddled with bad managers. There's a reason most job postings don't list a department/category. Also, it's a big company, so things move at a glacial pace.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
