High base, good benefits, and there is a need for the company offerings but it is not set up for success on the sales side
Inconvénients
Accounts are taken from people all of the time, high turnover, no prospects to sell to in CRM, you have to work 12 hour days minimum during the first half of the year and 15 hours are expected during championship season for the last half of the year
