Avantages
Good experience using multiple computer programs and telephonic customer service skills. Comprehensive training program. Some good people at middle management levels.
Inconvénients
Unfair shift priority. Those late to training class by several weeks were still able to pick their first choice of shift. This was supposed to be based on attendance. Politics took over to favor one employee above others.
