      Inconvénients

      Long hours with little flexibility. Large caseload. Balancing act between billable and non billable requirements. Must work above 40 hours per week when salary. No breaks. No support when developing professional skills.

      Great teamwork among employees, progress for the students, Great support from BCBAs.

      Inconvénients

      very hard to accumulate hours for BCBA requirements. Long days and paperwork is mandatory.
