Had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, went over my resume and the company expectations, what the company mission statement was. Then zoom interview with the CPO who really wanted to get to know why I choose this position and why I wanted to work for the company

Entretien
First interview was a half hour and went well. Had another interview with two other memebers from the team that went well as well. Then had another third interview with the district manager which was kind of difficult. Some of the questions were odd for an interview and I am afraid there isn't a straight forward answer one could give. For example, how do you motivate a team of people, or what if your team is not ambitious? Sadly after three interviews, I received a generic email saying thank you for your application but we decided to move forward with other candidates...after three interviews!
