      Avantages

      Worked at ROTh staffing at 3 different offices over the 5 years, they truly want to make life better for the people they serve, every person every time. They also offer worklife balance which is so hard in the staffing industry, but employees get to take ever other Friday off. That’s right!

      Inconvénients

      Training is somewhat more limited

      Avantages

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Inconvénients

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
