We’re happy to hear that you love your job! It’s important to us that our people feel inspired and are passionate about their work, the people they work with, and our leadership.
The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.
Inconvénients
They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
