      Still experiencing some growing pains, company values / culture can come off as insincere, promotions can be challenging given its highly competitive environment

      Avantages

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Inconvénients

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
