The two bosses are kind of bad and take themselves too seriously. We’re only managing digital campaign.

It's a big team so you will learn a lot. Most of the time the team leads are available to make sure everything is going smoothly with you. Smooth , fun, easygoing environment. Very professional but we can joke around and have fun. What I really like is that they are organized. I have seen or heard about different agencies processes and they are very organized. They are open to hear criticism or suggestions for what's not working or what we could add, thats good. Keep doing that. You will work with variety of clients from small budget to big bugets. Upper management will include even newbies to big decisions. Open to hear employees concerns or ideas. Vey generous. Encourages work life balance.

One of my team lead was really uptight but I really learned a lot from him even tho he didnt leave no place for creativity. He inspired me to be more rigorousness and organized with my work at least. My other team lead was cool and more open. Agencies is fast past so not everything is perfect but I will always recommend Rablab 100%
