Job can be done remote.
Inconvénients
Company not very transparent about anything, little room for growth, calls are back to back. Management never keeps promises. I felt bullied at work sometimes from other colleagues. My mental health deteriorated so badly that there were times I was afraid of my own self. I cried almost everyday during, before and after my shift, I never felt heard and I felt like I couldn’t get any help while on calls, only favorable people get to move around the contact center and get offered more opportunities…… overall I give my experience a 3/10
