      Avantages

      Working at PPD has been an amazing experience for me. Clinical research can be fast and furious, but PPD ensures that you are taking care of yourself first. By doing this, the quality and quantity of work that I am able to accomplish has far exceeded what I was able to do in the past. I feel respected, heard, and understood. If you're looking for a company that feels like a community, PPD is the place for you.

      Avantages

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Inconvénients

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
