      Avantages

      Medtronic offers 4 weeks of vacation and being the largest medical device company allows you to try a lot of different business units and products

      Inconvénients

      There are good sites and really really bad sites. It totally depends on the local leadership. At my site outside of Boston I've been asked to do unethical things by my manager and any shortcut they can take to meet the numbers they will. The senior leadership doesn't care and if you're ambitious you'll quickly realize this isn't the place for you.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
