      Freedom to execute own projects.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of locus, lenience, lack of meritocracy, procrastination, focus only on what is not important. A lot of simple mistakes can be solved changing a few people. Lack of smart people, no process in place, a lot of errors reduce bottom line margins.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Inconvénients

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
