Avantages
Good benefits, competitive compensation, good teamwork. Good training opportunities at the corporate level.
Inconvénients
New to the company on large contract; no training provided. Extremely difficult to meet contract performance metrics on large programs - company bid low and over-sold operationally in proposals. Employees were overworked and stressed out working in chaotic environments. Senior management expected employees to perform and metrics to be met, regardless; they didn't feel the pain of the employees on the ground. It's not surprising the division was sold.
