      Training. Learn as much as you can then do what you think would make you happy.

      Inconvénients

      I guess it all depends on the program you are working on. I work at one of the newest one's and nothing is working properly. I guess that's what you get when you're still in the development phase.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
