      Avantages

      The position has several jobs to perform and the more you get certified the more you are able to do should parts get depleted. The people are also just overall amazing.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on position within the build you could be waiting a long time for parts to arrive at your station.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
