      Family like culture Individuals dedicated to their work Lots of work at home flexibility Gratifying work

      Inconvénients

      Government contracting in IT suffering a contracting forcing them to spinoff the IT services organization Cutbacks on benefits, parties, etc have reduced dedication to company. Too much work at home can be a bad thing for teams.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
