      Avantages

      Well paid, good benefits package for insurance.

      Inconvénients

      Little vacation time, sick leave is included in vacation time. Hard to accrue any down time, when you have to use annual vacation, to go see a doctor.

      Customer & Leaders sometimes slow in decision making. Very corporate.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
