Avantages
Benefits are good like the 401k. Pay goes up if you invest a great deal of time. pay goes up twice a year, once for cost of living which is even across the board and once for performance.
Inconvénients
Pay is OK but if you have your A&P license you will not get paid for it here although they prefer it during the hiring process. If you do have the license, you can make more somewhere else.
