      Avantages

      IS&GS is the IT services division of Lockheed Martin. It is a conglomeration of many programs. There are locations throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area and also employees work at many different customer locations. The salary is very good and working conditions are good (can vary by location. Some customer sites may not be so good),

      Inconvénients

      IS&GS is for sale so it will not be part part of Lockheed Martin for long. So everything from salary grids, benefits, and even the culture may change. Medical benefits are mediocre.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
