      Avantages

      Great organization with the opportunity to both grow, and develop. Also, it has great potential for growth and development.

      Inconvénients

      Lockheed generates 98% of it's revenue via DOD contracts. When the economic experiences a "down turn" then those contracts contracts disappear.

      Customer & Leaders sometimes slow in decision making. Very corporate.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
