Avantages
Good pay, good 401k match, Good HSA incentives, HDHP is alright. Enjoy working with my co workers. Forward-moving culture. As a level 1-2 software engineer you will not work more than 40 hours a week. Working 4 days a week (4x10 flex schedule) is great also
Inconvénients
Things can be very slow-moving at times. I’ve always thought of Lockheed as a company that follows the idea of “if it works, don’t mess with it”
