Avantages
Challenging work environment with many opportunities to stretch into new areas. Good pay, benefits and people. This is a great technically fulfilling and professionally satisfying employer.
Inconvénients
Being such a large company many times the communication lines are very thin. One can easily get lost in the mix. The job posting internal and external is cumbersome and lacks feedback or responsiveness. It seems sometimes that the benefits get cut continuously including tuition reimbursement, pension, and next to come health insurance. Record profits don't mean record pay increases, just a higher standard for the next year.
