      Avantages

      Flextime. 3 weeks vacation. Tuition reimbursment. Most of the workforce will be retiring in the next 10 years, management positions open in 10 years.

      Inconvénients

      Career growth is slow. Measured more by the number of years in a chair than employee ability. High first 5 year turnover.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
