      Exciting projects, 4/10 work schedule is awesome!

      Inconvénients

      Project funding can be challenging, especially given the current environment. I have never been on a team where I've noticed any form of discrimination, so diversity focus can be overbearing at times. Less risk oriented now than in the past.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
