      Avantages

      Since the pandemic, flexible work environment has been very accommodating. Leadership encourages flexing time, especially since moving to a 4/10 in addition to remote work due to COVID.

      Inconvénients

      to many various modes of communication, can be streamlined more efficiently (compared to how the company thinks they're becoming more efficient with communication).

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
