      Avantages

      -good work-life balance -freedom to make your own niche once you’ve proven your worth -solid base pay and benefits

      Inconvénients

      -technology is pretty dated -employee skill level is pretty uneven, may find yourself carrying others a lot -raises are small -absolutely enormous amounts of red tape -devops are ignored and nonexistent, lots of tedious garbage is still done by hand

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
