      Avantages

      A large company with plenty of programs and many departments to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The constantly tell employees to scale back with supplies and "unnecessary cost" and routinely dole out 0 percent raises, yet regularly release press releases of how profitable the company is and issue high profile bonuses for do-nothing, know-little managers and officers.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
