      At the Space Company, you have a chance of working on some interesting programs with some brilliant people. The pay is good. Decent work/life balance on unclassified programs.

      Inconvénients

      You're either contributing to death, destruction, and duress or subsidizing it. Fake corporate community & inclusion. Favoritism & poor management. Spiraling retention & morale problems on some programs.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
