      Avantages

      Great company and work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Health Insurance is no good, with 3 kids, regular doctor and urgent care visits are on the regular so its tough when all plans have a high deductible. One of my kids is special needs so a good health insurance is important for me and my family.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
