      Avantages

      Great pay, good benefits, good people, a lot of support, company has the best of intentions, wants to do the right thing, very ethical, very people oriented.

      Inconvénients

      Too much focus on pushing young people into management, creates a void of opportunities for middle age employees. HR seems to have too much influence overall.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
