Avantages
We work on some of the most amazing, complicated and important products in the world. Our aircraft and sustainment services directly support the men and women who defend the United States. It's extremely gratifying to see our products take off from the runway we share with a Joint Reserve Base. There is also a strong emphasis on improving a culture which hasn't always been the most conducive to young people. The top leadership in most areas is exceptional, but middle management varies (see below).
Inconvénients
Middle management can range from outstanding to just downright awful depending on the area you work in. It is very difficult to generalize this over such a large company. Also, the size of the company can make people feel lost or neglected at times. Promotions are largely based on time with the company, though there have been improvements to this system in recent years.
