      Great place to work if you're risk averse. Awesome benefits and family oriented company that, to the best of its ability stresses work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Many in management that are entrenched, few management opportunities for your talent. Despite the acknowledgement of quality work, emolyees are expected to "get in line" behind less talented coworkers with more tenure.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
