      -Tuition Assistance -Base Pay and benefits are decent -Remote work option

      Inconvénients

      -Very little interesting or engaging Electrical/Electronics projects, unless in one of the exclusive and minimally staffed R&D programs. - Managers do not invest in employees or follow through with employee suggestions, they are OK with the churn and burn of low level engineers. -Large turnover and/or transfer of personnel in management -Large turnover in EE employees -No career growth

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
