      Annual raises are small and are getting smaller due to a new bonus program that makes your raise a one time cash payoff. There are no promotions. No growth of any kind. Management tells you that your lucky to have a job. If this is how they treat us during the best times ever...

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
